Once you have chosen your new home from the available locations simply right click on the rental box above the teleporter of that location and select "Pay". The smallest amount on the Pay dialog box is for a period of one(1) week.
Once you have become resident you will get a group invitation from Upper Peak rentals shortly thereafter. You must be in this group to be able to place your own objects in your new home.
